Mandrake 🌱
Well, she's done it again... our resident green witch has grown more than she can truly handle on her own (not that she would ever admit that)! These mandrake babies have been carefully cultivated within the crystal glass walls of her enchanted cottage greenhouse, but now it's time for them to find new homes... Would you be willing to adopt one? They've been specially bred for minimal screaming and maximum good luck.

This baby mandrake comes with its own little terracotta pot with a bit of decorative moss.

A little mandrake history... You won't want to eat this little guy (I hope), but consumption of their medieval ancestors was believed to heal practically every ailment including infertility. They were also attributed with multitudes of magical properties such as being able to divine the future or protect a soldier in battle. They were used to greater effect for relieving pain and inducing sleep, due to the mandrake's effects on the central nervous system. However, these same elements in the mandrake also made (and make) it a powerful hallucinogen, narcotic, emetic, and sedative, and ultimately a fatal poison. Good witches beware!

Luckily, this baby mandrake is quite inert in the medicinal or toxic departments and just wants to brighten your day (or your plant shelf)! 🌱

Doll Care
Please keep art dolls dry and away from excessive moisture. These dolls are mostly made from paper clay (much like paper mache) and colored with watercolor, so they must be kept dry to stay their original little selves (like gremlins! Er, mogwai).
Even though these art dolls are created from high quality materials, they are on the fragile side and excessive handling and poor care of an art doll can lead to wear or damage. So be nice to these little guys! They're not toys (but hopefully bring just as much joy).
