+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes!  However, customers are responsible for their own customs, VAT, taxes, and fees at this time.

+ How much is shipping?
Shipping for domestic (US) orders (excluding ita bags) is currently $4.50 while orders over $50 are shipped for free (excluding ita bags)!  International shipping starts at $10.75 and increases by distance and weight.
--- Cathedral Ita Bags are quite large and heavy and shipping begins at $15.00 for domestic (US) orders, $23.00 for international orders and increases by weight (number of bags, usually).

+ Do you accept returns or cancellations?
No, all sales are final.  This also applies to preorders and backorders.  Each listing will contain estimated shipping dates and grading quality information.  If there is some sort of major problem, please contact me at kadence@moonbrat.com

+ What is your processing time? or When can I expect my order?
Orders are shipped every 1-2 business days, Monday - Thursday through USPS.  Tracking will be sent via email for domestic orders except for sticker-only orders and when available for international orders.  Typically, domestic packages arrive within 2-7 business days, and international packages within 2-6 weeks.  Delays beyond my control may occur, of course.
--- Cathedral Ita Bags and other high-volume items (such as recently released holiday items) may take 1-2 weeks processing time and 5-10 day domestic shipping. **UPDATE: Ita bag orders may be delayed due to higher than expected volume of orders.  They will be shipped ASAP.  Thank you for your support! 🖤 **
--- Pre-order items will ship as indicated on order page.  Any in-stock items ordered with pre-order items will ship with the pre-order item(s) when they are available.

+ My international order has been in one spot for a very long time.  What now?
Your order is probably still in a customs sorting facility, or it's an updating mistake with USPS.  It's most likely still on its way to you or will be soon! 

+ My international order was not picked up and has been returned to you.  Will you send it back?
I will re-send your order, but must ask that you pay for shipping.

+ I need to change my address.  Is it too late?
Please respond to your order email and let me know as soon as possible.  If the order has not yet shipped, I would be happy to change it to an address within the same country.  If you need to switch from the US to another country, extra shipping fees will apply.
If the order has already shipped, all I can recommend is watching your tracking closely.  I am not responsible for any lost, misplaced, stolen, or "undeliverable" packages and will not refund them.
If your order is sent back in the same condition it was sent out, you may re-purchase shipping or receive a refund minus shipping costs.

+ Can I get a tattoo of your art?
Yes, I would love that!  However, I ask that all of the following be met: (1.) You purchase the product featuring the artwork, (2.) your tattoo artist does not redistribute or reproduce the artwork, (3.) your tattoo artist credits Moon Brat and tags @MoonBratStudio on social media posts of the work.
